Apple's AR/VR headset launch could be pushed back: This is why:

"According to my most recent survey, the mass shipment schedule of Apple's MR headset may be delayed until 2H23 due to software-related issues."" Kuo

It is important to note that a delay in mass shipments does not imply a delay in the announcement of the device.

Apple is likely to launch the AR/VR headset months before it is available. However, it may be 'harmful to promotion and sales,' according to Kuo.

"It remains to be seen whether the media event schedule (previously estimated for January 2023) will also be pushed back."

Generally, if the time between the media event and the end product mass shipment is too long, it is detrimental to promotion and sales."
